Month of Whisky

Throughout the month of August we celebrated all things whisky. From whisky infused dry cured wagyu beef in our front bar, delicious whisky tasting flight's, specially created whisky cocktails and a decadent 3-course whisky dinner.


Taste of South America Dinner

On 17th of April, to celebrate World Malbec Day, Chef Kim and sommelier Eleanore joined forces for an incredible 'Taste of South America' dinner. This one night only experience included four-courses matched with Malbec wines as Scott and Eleanore took you on a journey of this iconic combination. Valentine's Day

This Valentines Day, those who "Love Meat Tender" were treated to a very special evening at Chophouse. Guests enjoyed a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label on arrival, followed by a 4 course feast curated by our meat master Scott Kim. Meat The Chef & The Butcher

For two special nights Chophouse Sydney & Parramatta hosted an evening with Matt Moran and Anthony Puharich. Chef and restaurateur Matt Moran and Anthony Puharich of Vic's Premium Quality Meat answered questions and told their tales whilst guests enjoyed a three course Chophouse feast. Anthony's just released book 'Meat: The Ultimate Companion' was a hot topic of discussion too!


Mionetto Prosecco Van

For one month only, Chophouse Sydney was lucky to be host the Mionetto Prosecco Pop-up bar out on terrace. There was complimentary house-made potato crisps for all with each glass of Mionetto Originale Prosecco, as well as a range of specially crafted Prosecco cocktails served straight from the Mionetto van.
