What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date will incur a $50 per person charge to the credit card on file. We would prefer not to charge so please contact us with any changes.

Public transport

The closest train stations are Martin Place and Wynyard, which are both a short walk. There are various bus connections within walking distance

Can I bring pets?

Support animals are welcome

Can I bring a cake?

You are welcome to bring celebratory cakes which we will cut and serve. A charge of $4pp will apply

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is smart casual

Can I BYO?

No, Chophouse Sydney is not a BYO restaurant.

Do you have parking?

Off street parking is available at the Sofitel Hotel or at the Wilson Carpark at Australia Square. Street parking is available from 6pm

Do you have disability access?

Access to the main dining room
Disabled bathroom is available in the office building next to the restaurant

What is your Family/Children policy?

Children are welcome. Please advise at time of booking if you have any specific requirements

What days are you closed?

Chophouse will reopen on Wednesday 28 October.
We are closed Sunday and Monday, and open on Saturday for dinner only. 

Do you cater for food allergies?

Yes, we cater for a variety of dietary requirements and food allergies. Please let us know your requirements at time of booking. 

Group Bookings Terms & Conditions

A group booking is only confirmed once a valid credit card is received and recorded with the reservation at the time of booking. A credit card number is required to secure the booking.

 

A cancellation fee of 50% per booking will be charged if the booking does not show or if it is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice. All cancellations are to be communicated directly via phone or email to res.chophousesydney@solotel.com.au

 

We require confirmation of final numbers 24 hours prior to the booking and this is the minimum number that will be charged.
