Do you have parking?
Off street parking is available at the Sofitel Hotel or at the Wilson Carpark at Australia Square. Street parking is available from 6pm. Accessible parking can be found in the Wilson Carpark.
Are you an accessible venue?
Our main dining room is wheelchair accessible, however certain bookings may be automatically seated in our upstairs private dining room. If you require wheelchair or non-stair access, please let us know in the booking notes so we can ensure you're seated comfortably. Accessible parking can be found in the Wilson Carpark. An accessible bathroom is available on the ground level at the back of the restaurant.
What is your Family/Children policy?
Children are welcome. Please advise at time of booking if you have any specific requirements
What days are you closed?
We are open every day except Sundays and public holidays, and we will be open for a special Sunday on Father's Day.
Over the festive period 2024-5, we are closed from 24 December to 8 January.
Do you cater for food allergies?
Yes, we cater for a variety of dietary requirements and food allergies. Please let us know your requirements at time of booking.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 per head charge for groups of up to 7. Cancellations for groups of 8 or more guests within 24 hours of the reservation date or a no show to the reservation, will incur a $110 per person charge to the credit card on file. We prefer not to charge so please contact our team should you need to amend your reservation.
Do you serve halal meat?
All steaks served at Chophouse are halal. Meats used for our steak tartare is not halal. Please speak to your server during your reservation if you have any questions, or contact our booking services team on 02 9231 5516
Public transport
The closest train stations are Martin Place and Wynyard, which are both a short walk. There are various bus connections within walking distance.

You are welcome to bring celebratory cakes which we will cut and serve. A charge of $6pp will apply
Is there a dress code?
No, please wear what you feel comfortable in.
Can I BYO?
No, Chophouse Sydney is not a BYO restaurant.
Group Bookings Terms & Conditions
A group booking is only confirmed once a valid credit card is received and recorded with the reservation at the time of booking. A credit card number is required to secure the booking.
