Time to welcome a new year, and at Chophouse you can celebrate with the finest Australian produce in special edition dishes that pay homage to traditional flavours. 

From 28 January until 12 February, we'll have delicious specials to dine on - simply reserve when you're booking, or you can order on the day.

There are beautiful king prawns, butterflied and served with XO butter; zingy and fresh kingfish ceviche with soy, mandarin and ginger; and a Chophouse take on char siu with steamed gai lan.
