To celebrate World Malbec Day, on April 17 Chophouse Sydney are heating it up with some fantastic Malbec offers throughout the month of April. As well as some delicious additions to the Bar menu and Wine list for the month, Chophouse is hosting an incredible 'Taste of South America' dinner on April 17th at 6:30pm.

 

Our Meat Maestro Scott Kim has come up with a brilliant menu, expertly displaying a variety of different beef cuts from nose to tail and Chiswick sommelier Eleanore Wulf has put together an exceptional wine pairing for each course which compliments the strong, bold flavours of the beef cuts. 

 

Held in 'The Hideaway' upstairs at Chophouse, it's a one night only experience, a four-course communal style menu with matching wines as Scott and Eleonore take you on a culinary journey, explaining a little bit about each course as it comes out to you. 

 

We guarantee a fantastic experience, you won't go hungry and you might even leave with a little gift or two!
