She deserves more than a reservation somewhere ordinary. This Mother's Day, bring her to Chophouse for a long lunch that does the occasion justice. 

Head Chef Steve Jacomos has curated a Mother’s Day share menu that celebrates the best of the season.

Begin with snacks like Moran Family Farm gilda and crab croquette with sauce gribiche, before moving into a selection of entrées including A.P Bakery focaccia with olive oil and balsamic, house-made ricotta with endive and walnuts, and kingfish crudo with roast peppers and capers.

Mains are designed to share, centred around sirloin on the bone with sauce bordelaise from O’Connor pasture-fed beef in Gippsland, alongside Paris mash with burnt butter and steamed Ramarro Farm greens dressed in Alto olive oil.

Finish with a plum tart and anglaise - a sweet note to end a long Sunday lunch.

For younger guests, a dedicated kids’ menu features Chophouse favourites, finished with a classic Neapolitan ice cream sundae.

Every mum is welcomed with a glass of Champagne on arrival. The rest takes care of itself.
