We are thrilled to collaborate with The Balvenie this winter. The Balvenie is a unique range of single malts created by David C. Stewart MBE, The Balvenie Malt Master in Dufftown, Scotland. Balvenie's Core Range gains its distinctive character from maturation in two distinct cask types in succession, a process pioneered by David in 1983 with The Balvenie Classic. Each whisky has its own unique taste, but each is rich, luxuriously smooth and underpinned by the distinctively honeyed character of The Balvenie.

Indulge in our exquisite The Balvenie Whisky Flight with Chophouse Dessert Canapes. Savour the rich flavours of the 12-year-old American Oak, accompanied by a delightful pairing of mini meringue, rhubarb and coconut yoghurt. Experience the smoothness of the 14-year-old Caribbean Cask as it perfectly complements the Chophouse Chocolate chip cookie. Lastly, revel in the distinct notes of the 21-year-old Portwood while enjoying a decadent dark chocolate mousse tartlet.
